Outreach One is the official Mobile Outreach Command Center of Malik’s Blankets for the Homeless. More than just a vehicle, Outreach One is the heart of our street outreach efforts, allowing us to bring essential supplies, resources, and hope directly to individuals and families experiencing homelessness throughout Indianapolis.
Rather than waiting for people to come to us, Outreach One allows our volunteers to meet people where they are—serving with warmth, love, respect, dignity, and compassion.
Every outreach begins with Outreach One, and every mile traveled is another opportunity to change a life.
What Outreach One Carries
Outreach One is equipped to transport many of the essential items needed during our outreach efforts, including:
- Blankets
- Sleeping Bags
- Food and Bottled Water
- Hygiene Kits
- Clothing
- Seasonal Emergency Supplies
- Resource Information
- Outreach Equipment
These supplies allow us to respond to immediate needs while connecting individuals with additional community resources and support.
Our Mission on Wheels
Outreach One serves as our mobile base of operations. Whether we are serving at community events, partnering with local organizations, or reaching individuals living on the streets, our Mobile Outreach Command Center allows us to efficiently organize volunteers, transport supplies, and bring assistance directly to those who need it most.
Outreach One represents our commitment to taking hope into the community—not waiting for the community to come to us. Every stop is an opportunity to provide encouragement, essential resources, and a reminder that no one is forgotten.
