Love of Culture Community Event
Hosted by the Jones Lewis Foundation
Malik’s Blankets for the Homeless was honored to participate in the Love of Culture Community Event, hosted by the Jones Lewis Foundation in Indianapolis.
After setting up our Mobile Outreach Support Program and fundraising bake sale, our volunteers spent the afternoon serving individuals and families experiencing homelessness and financial hardship. During the event, 29 families received immediate assistance through blankets, clothing, hygiene items, and food.

Our bake sale was also a great success, helping raise funds to support future outreach efforts while introducing new community members to our mission. Throughout the day, we connected with families, community partners, and volunteers, sharing how together we can make a lasting difference.
We are grateful to the Jones Lewis Foundation for the invitation and the opportunity to serve our community with warmth, love, respect, dignity, and compassion.
